1. General Provisions
- These Terms of Use define the rules for using the VCentrum website, available at: www.vcentrum.pl, and its subpages.
- The owner and administrator of the Website is VCentrum Grupa Spółka Akcyjna, based in Warsaw.

- The Terms are made available to Users prior to using the Website.
2. Definitions
- User – a natural person using the Website.
- Website – the online service available at vcentrum.pl.
- Form – an electronic contact form available on the Website, enabling, among other things, the booking of an appointment.
- Appointment Booking – a submission of intent to schedule a meeting at VCentrum via the Form.
- Administrator – VCentrum Grupa S.A.
3. Scope of the Website’s Functionality
- The Website allows Users to:
- learn about VCentrum’s business activities,
- browse the range of products and services,
- submit an inquiry or book an appointment via the Form.
- The functionalities of the Website are for informational purposes only. Booking an appointment does not constitute the conclusion of a contract and requires confirmation by a VCentrum employee.
4. Rules for Using the Website
- Using the Website requires:
- access to a device with an Internet browser,
- an active Internet connection.
- The User agrees to use the Website in accordance with the law and these Terms of Use.
- In particular, it is prohibited to:
- provide false information in the Form,
- transmit unlawful content, including unsolicited advertisements (spam),
- attempt to interfere with the functioning of the Website, including testing its security systems.
5. Appointment Booking
- The User may book an appointment via the Form.
- To make a booking, the User provides: name, surname, contact details, vehicle data, proposed date, and other necessary information.
- A VCentrum employee will contact the User to confirm or arrange the details of the appointment.
- The User has the right to modify or cancel the booking by contacting VCentrum.
- Until the booking is confirmed by a VCentrum employee, the submitted request is for inquiry purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
6. Liability
Vcentrum shall not be liable for:
- interruptions in the operation of the Website caused by circumstances beyond the Administrator’s control (failures, force majeure, actions of third parties),
- consequences of providing incorrect data by the User,
- damages resulting from the use of the Website contrary to these Terms.
7. Copyrights
- All materials published on the Website (texts, graphics, photos, layout, logo) are the property of VCentrum or are used under a license.
- Copying, distributing, or using the Website’s content without VCentrum’s consent is prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability.

- Personal data provided by Users via the Form are processed by VCentrum Grupa S.A. as the data controller.

- Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the provisions of Polish law.
